This 3-day workshop is designed to bring the 5 protective factors to life in your workplace:

parental resilience
social connections
concrete support in times of need
knowledge of parenting and child development
social and emotional competence of children

Taught by Certified Staff

Our staff are certified by the Children’s Trust Fund Alliance (CTF Alliance) to host workshops that train social workers and caretakers in understanding the 5 protective factors and how they impact the clients we serve. This workshop also helps participants plan how they can implement the 5 protective factors into their workplace environment.
