This Holiday season, there are many ways to support our neighbors in need, such as donating to program-specific Wish Lists, supporting local families, and volunteering your time.

Donate to one of our programs
Winter in Alaska can be harsh, your support is a beacon of light and hope. Your gift goes toward providing a family with food for their Christmas meal, helping house those experiencing homelessness, making sure our guests have a good night’s sleep at Brother Francis Shelter, making sure a new arrival refugee family feels welcomed upon arriving in Anchorage, offering care and resources to clients staying at Complex Care, or providing a warm, inviting space for mothers and children at Clare House. Helping Holidays
Our generous community has helped provide gifts for 238 families at Catholic Social Services this holiday season. YOU helped provide each family with holiday gifts, gift cards and joy! Catholic Social Services is continuing to collect new toys, adult sweatshirts and jackets as well as slippers and coffee tumblers with lids. We are collecting these items at our main office at 4600 Debarr Road.

Donate items from our Holiday Wish List
Visit the CSS Holiday Wish List to see what our programs are currently in need of. These can be dropped off at St. Francis House Food Pantry at 3710 E 20th Avenue, Anchorage, AK 99508, Monday – Thursday 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. and Fridays 9:00 – 4:00 p.m. If you have any questions, contact Kelly Mullin at kmullin@cssalaska.org.
Host a donation drive
Would your organization like to host a food drive, coat drive, sock drive, or toy drive? Please fill out our donation drive form and let us know if you would like a donation bin.
Volunteer

Knit to knock out homelessness
Do you love to knit? Lots of yarn and looking to put it to good use? We can use hats, scarves, mittens for our guests and clients.
