  2. Fill out all information completely. Do not note “resume attached or see resume.” You may attach a resume in order to give more details.
  3. Work History: note the last 10 years of work history if possible.
  4. Make application legible (clear handwriting or font)
  5. We do accept applications that specify a position we have available (Example-Case Manager at Clare House): We do not accept applications for “any position.”
  6. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older, due to the nature of our services.
